Delivery and Returns
1. Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all ordered items within 10 working days. In the event that your selected item is out of stock, we will promptly inform you via email, providing you with the earliest possible availability date.
Typically, you can expect delivery to occur within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. While we work diligently to ensure that your order arrives on time, please keep in mind that the delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
2. Refund and Return Conditions
If you find a product unsuitable for your needs, and the item(s) meet the Refund and Return Conditions, you can return it to us for a refund or account credit. Your returns slip will be included with your invoice.
• Goods must be returned in original packaging with labels still attached.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Goods must be accompanied by a receipt and a note stating the reason for return.
• Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be reported to us within 7 days.
• Any other discrepancies with your order must also be reported within 7 days.
• Costs incurred for returning items are not refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
• Exempt items are not eligible for return.
It may take up to 15 calendar days for your returned item to be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your bank account.
